What is CCP?
Coordinated Career Pathways (CCP) is an NLACRC-funded program that provides structured, paid work experiences with on-site job coaching and support. Each participant is guided by a dedicated Career Pathways Navigator and Community Employment Specialist to help identify goals, develop skills, and achieve workplace success.
ARS Pathways is an approved CCP vendor serving North Los Angeles County. Our services are delivered in alignment with Title 17 and person-centered planning principles — ensuring every consumer receives individualized support that reflects their goals, strengths, and vision for their life.

Career Exploration & Assessment
The foundation of every career journey is self-knowledge. We guide individuals through a structured exploration process to identify their interests, natural strengths, and vocational goals. Using person-centered assessments and real-world discovery activities, we help each consumer build a clear picture of where they want to go — and what it will take to get there.

Job Readiness Evaluation
Before entering the workforce, individuals need a clear understanding of their workplace readiness. We evaluate and coach on the skills that matter most to employers: arriving on time, meeting deadlines, working independently and with others, dressing for success, and communicating professionally. We then develop targeted support plans to close any gaps and build lasting confidence.

Resume Development & Interview Skills
A strong resume and confident interview presence open doors. We work one-on-one with each consumer to craft a resume that highlights their real skills and experience, tailored to specific job targets. We then prepare them for interviews through practice sessions, coaching, and feedback — so they walk in ready.

Paid Internship Coordination
Paid internships are one of the most powerful pathways to long-term employment. We coordinate workplace placements with local employers, provide on-site job coaching, and support both the consumer and the employer throughout the internship. Our goal is a successful experience that builds toward permanent employment.

The process
How It Works
A clear, collaborative process from referral to employment.
Referral
A service coordinator or family member contacts ARS Pathways to initiate services for a consumer.
Assessment
We meet with the individual to understand their goals, strengths, and support needs through our career exploration process.
Planning
Together, we build a personalized career pathway plan aligned with the consumer's IPP goals and NLACRC authorization.
Support & Placement
We provide hands-on job readiness coaching, internship coordination, and employment placement support.
Follow-on Success
After placement, we stay connected — providing ongoing support to ensure lasting employment success.
