Through individualized career planning, job development, coaching, and workplace support, we help individuals build skills, find the right opportunities, and work toward greater independence.

ARS Pathways serves transition-age youth and adults supported by the North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC). Whether someone is moving from a day program, transitioning out of school, or simply ready to take the next step — we meet them where they are.
