Our mission
Pathways to independence, built one person at a time
ARS Pathways exists to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity for adults with developmental disabilities. Through our NLACRC-approved Coordinated Career Pathways (CCP) program, we provide individualized career development services that meet each consumer where they are — and walk alongside them toward competitive, integrated employment.
We believe that employment is more than a paycheck. It is dignity, community, and the foundation of an independent life. Our work is guided by that conviction every single day.
